DESIGN PECULIARITIES AND APPLICATION OF DIRECT-ACTION DRIVE SYSTEMS IN ON-BOARD APPARATUSES OF SPACE EQUIPMENT

Problems of engineering aerospace equipment units operating in extreme temperature conditions are analyzed. Engineering approaches to the calculation of parameters of mating parts made of materials with different thermal-expansion coefficients are suggested. It is shown that design solutions based on using of resilient flexible elements allow to maintain minimum positive and negative allowances in matings in a wide range of exterior temperature variation.

DRIVER'S ASSISTANT CONCEPTION FOR CRITICAL SITUATIONS AND ITS REALIZATION FOR VEHICLE EMERGENCY BRAKING

Driver's assistant conception is presented for critical situations, which is based on usage of dynamic interaction of different vehicle subsystems. Brake Assistant classification is presented, which covers existing and perspective directions of brake assistant development. Conception of the Brake-Transmission Master Assistance (BTMA) is suggested. This assistant is based on the transmission gears switching «down» and usage of its frictional elements. This allows unloading the basic brake system. Thus, temperature heating, brake pressure levels, hysteresis losses are decreased. As a result the higher brake efficiency is secured.

VIBRATION EFFECTS FORMATION AND CAR LOADS CALCULATIONS IN CONTACT BETWEEN OF WHEELS AND ROAD SURFACE IRREGULARITIES

The paper describes a mathematical model to estimate the parameters of vertical automobile body movements and contact zone loads arrived between of the car with the road surface though index IRI (International Roughness Index). Statistical IRI characteristics provided the basis for creating a module generates random in amplitude and length of sinusoidal irregularities. This module operates with a satisfactory accuracy of the mathematical model, which includes the original module of car tire and suspension «smoothing».

RESONANCE CONDITIONS OF GEARINGS. PART II: EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH

Results of experimental research of gearing resonance modes are considered. Serial specimens used in machine building were tested at universal stand of the open force contour. The resonance phenomena in gearing, accompanied disconnection of teeth and sharp increment of the dynamic loading in a toothed engagement, have been fixed at frequency of rotation of gear in two times less values of rotation frequency, according for main resonance. Signs of resonance observed also on frequencies, equal 1/3 and 1/4 values of main resonance.

ON SUPPRESSION OF VIBRATIONS OF THREE-LAYERED BEAM CONTAINING MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL COMPOSITE

The influence of the magnetic field on free and forced, flexural and shear vibrations of a three-layered composite beam containing interlayer magnetorheological core is studied. By using the multiple-scale method with respect to time, non-stationary forms of vibrations with the frequency and decrement varying in the time-scale being commensurable with the time of reaction of the magnetorheological composite on the magnetic field signal is constructed.

DEFORMATION OF PHYSICALLY NONLINEAR VISCOELASTIC ANNULAR PLATES WITH LOADING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PRESSURE

Obtained in parametric form, exact analytical expressions for the components of stresses, deformations and displacements arising in physically nonlinear viscoelastic on according to Vladimir Moskvitin mechanically incompressible plate of constant thickness in the cases when 1) an annular plate, the internal and external contours of pressure are applied, 2)infinite plate has the circular hole free from loads, tensile stress is influencing at infinity 3) an infinite plate has a circular hole on the contours whom is under pressure, no stress at infinity. We also consider the special case where the plate material is physically linear viscoelastic material.

CALCULATION OF THE RESOURCE OF HIGH-LOADED GEARS CAR TRANSMISSIONS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT QUALITY CHEMICAL HEAT HARDENING

Curves of deep contact weariness carburized cylindrical gears depending on size of hardness and quality of a microstructure in the heart of the strengthened layer are presented. The design procedure of the resource provided with resistance of deep contact weariness of active surfaces of teeths carburized gears, based on a hypothesis of summation of fatigue damages is resulted.

INCREASING DURABILITY OF DRIVING AXLE ELEMENTS OF MAZ AUTOMOBILES BY MEANS OF VARIOUS THERMAL AND CHEMICAL-THERMAL TREATMENT

The paper analyzes conditions and main reasons for destruction of main gear and wheel reduction gear of driving axles in MAZ automobile. A mathematical model of stress of bevel drive teeth has been developed; the reasonability of improving their thermal and chemical-thermal treatment has been proven. The research proposes to replace 20XH3A steel by 60 ÏÏ volumetric-surface hardened steel to be used in bevel gear wheels.

THE ANALYSIS OF STRESSES, ARISING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE CONCENTRATED LOADING, IN THE FIELD OF CONTACT OF THE PERIODONTIUM TO THE FANG

Normal stresses, tangents stresses along forming and directing to a surface of the periodontal shell arising at action on a fang of concentrated force are defined. The geometrical form of a periodontium is described by the equations of elliptic hyperboloids. Calculations and visualisation of fields of stresses are executed for two abundant clinical cases of action of loading on single-fang premolar and a canine.

BIOMECHANICS OF LASER SPECKLE FIELDS PRODUCED BY PROBING SCATTERING TISSUES IN VIVO

The formation and dynamics of the speckle field pattern by probing 3D nonstationary media with laser beam have been described. The examples of use of the laws of the speckle fields dynamics for bio-tissues monitoring in vivo have been given. The strict mathematical description of the bio speckle fields forming and their dynamic statistics under scattering of the laser radiation by moving have been shown. The formation and dynamics of the speckle field pattern by probing 3D nonstationary media with laser beam have been described. Examples of the use of the laws of the speckle field dynamics, that were applied for physiological monitoring in vivo, have been given. The strict mathematical description of the bio-speckle fields formation and dynamics under scattering of the later radiation on the moving erythrocytes of the biotissue has been adduced. Such description, in a number of cases, requires simple but cumbrous equations. At the same time the knowledge of the analytical dependences of the dynamic speckle fields characteristics for different optic configurations is necessary for the correct processing of specklegrams and building of the blood flow maps of biotissues under study.
