Comparative estimation of life of the mobile machine units on basis of loading modes and extents of damage at characteristic points of its mechanical system

Statements from works dedicated to computation of mobile machines in variable operational environment and determination of vehicle load modes and lives of its units regarding the concepts concerning loading modes and their use for comparative estimations of life are developed. The problem of an estimation of units and aggregates lives in case of the absence of data for detailed life computation is considered. It is suggested that the life estimation should be produced by computing the extent of damage at characteristic points of mechanical system of the investigated machine and comparison of results with similarly received data from machines_analogues. The technique is demonstrated by example of the life estimation of transmission ZF 6S-850 under its use in vehicles MAZ–447131, DAF FAN LF55 21 t-LHD and MAN TGL 8.180 7.5 Tonne 4x2 BB Tipper.

Peculiarities of longitudinal correction gears planetary gear drives type 2K-H

In paper the problem of improvement of quality of manufacturing and the control of gear pairs planetary (epicyclic) gear drives is observed. It is solved by the introduction of tooth structure crowning. It allows to increase acceptable value of the angle of a mutual inclination of shafts in 2.8 times.

Resonance conditions of gearings. Part I: Analytical calculation of resonance frequencies

Methods of analytical calculation of resonance conditions of the gearings stipulated by two major factors — periodic change of rigidity of teeth on a phase of engagement and an impact teeth input in engagement in connection with inaccuracy of manufacture and mounting of gears, and also an elastic strain of teeth under loading are considered. Researches were carried out on the dynamic model considering only torsional oscillations of gears. Influence of damping on the resonance phenomena in gearings is studied.

Functional properties of stepless toothed transmissions

Gear adaptive stepless transfer can be created in the form of a kinematic chain with two degrees of freedom having a mobile closed loop which consists of cogwheels. The closed loop imposes constraint on motion of links and transforms a kinematic chain into the mechanism with one input. Such mechanism gets property of automatic adaptation to variable technological loading. Laws of interrelation of force and kinematic parameters are resulted. The design of gear adaptive transfer is presented.

A problem on natural vibrations of orthotropic cylindrical shell filled by flowing liquid in infinitely elastic medium

The present paper is devoted to investigation of vibrations of orthotropic cylindrical shells filled by flowing liquid in infinitely elastic medium. Complementing of equations of motion of orthotropic cylindrical shell, medium and liquid by contact conditions, we get a frequency equation for finding of natural-vibration frequency of shell in an infinite medium filled by flowing liquid. Influences of liquid flow rate and inertia properties of medium on natural_vibration frequency of the construction under consideration are investigated.

Radial natural vibration of the elastic three&layered cylindrical shells

The radial natural vibrations of the three-layered cylindrical shell are considered. Kirchhoff—Love’s hypotheses are accepted for the thin isotropic bearing layers. The work of the in-plane shear, compression over thickness and variations in displacements are taken linear along the transverse coordinate for the thick filler the conditions of displacement continuity are not used on the contact boundaries. The deformations are small. The investigation of variations in natural frequencies of a cylindrical shell as dependent on the wave parameter is given as an example.

Behavior of CCS-crystallites with ideal structure under high-loading

A molecular dynamics study of mechanical behavior of CCS-crystallites under dynamic loading. It is shown that thermal fluctuations cause the generation of structural defects, and there is a certain threshold value of deformation, in which structural defects are beginning to be generated discontinuously.

Heat buildup nature in cold deformation rebar

Shown that the processes of heat generation and distribution of carbon steel during the deformation are interrelated. Plastic deformation causes a redistribution of carbon in various locations of the deformed volume. Areas with large plastic deformations have a higher carbon content. At these sites during the deformation of the rod is more intense heat buildup. Sources of heat are thermochemical processes associated with the migration of carbon between dislocations and carbon-steel components. We present experimental data.

Power of movement of the sportsman at interaction with the elastic support

Power aspects of operated movement of the sportsman for a case of interaction with a apparatus showing elastic properties are examined. Research is executed on an example of the big turn back on a horizontal bar in sports gymnastics. In full-scale and computing experiments the opportunity of division of two systems is revealed: a apparatus and the locomotive system of the person. Their mutual influence against each other through power developed during movement is shown. At purposive movement of the sportsman applied models for movement concerning joints and concerning a sports apparatus differ in a kinematic part: in the first case power is determined on articulate angular speeds, in the second — on full angular speed of rotation of hands.
