    Design of automotive technology through the fusion methods of computer mechanics

    To create and develop perspective science intensive automotive machinery must change traditional approaches to design. Schematization design process of machines and the selection of individual science intensive phases allowed to propose the structure for system of the virtual design of automotive machinery in the form of the algorithm of seriesparallel action. Starting with the stage of conceptual design requirements for data sharing design for all project participants should be supported by appropriate information infrastructure. Intelligent interface between engineers, calculators, designers, testers and other professionals should provide quick and correct data communications.

    Dynamic loading and the problem of strength

    An analysis of dynamic behavior of the threshold characteristics of rock samples with the macrocrack. Found that for each breed there is an optimal duration of loading, which allows to minimize the costs of fracture. Showed fundamentally different behavior of the dynamic viscosity of fracture at threshold, and supercritical loads. Analysis is made on the basis of structural-time approach.

    Nanomaterials and nanotechnologies in engineering

    The methods of obtaining nanostructured materials using equal-channel angular pressing, mechano-chemical alloying, modification of materials and coatings by nanosized components of different nature (oxides, carbides, nitrides nanodiamonds, carbon nanotubes, fullerenes) are described. The examples of practical use of developed nanomaterials and prospects for expansion of their application in mechanical engineering products are shown.

    Computer simulation of braking tank trucks, partially filled with liquid

    The computer model of a tank car with a liquid is developed. Liquid relative movement is described by discrete-mass model in it. Change of forces of interacting between wheels and the road, caused by a liquid sloshing in the tank is defined. There is determined influence of the brake moment on the kinematic parametres of tank wheels movements and stopping distance at different tank filling levels.

    Resource crankshaft bearings on criterions of their local damage

    On the basis of complex of experimental researches the regularities of development and accumulation of local damages of metal-metal pairs and active systems are investigated during sliding friction and mechano-sliding fatigue. The methods of an estimation of life of active systems by local damage criterion is developed at regular and block loads which allows to increase reliability of an estimation of a resource in view of factors of local damage. Account of life of active system «crankshaft — sliding bearing» automobile drives ZIL-130 and ZMZ-53 with use of local damage criterion is executed.

    Shaping of a high-frequency dynamic loading of members of the running gear of a tracklaying vehicle

    The assaying of conditions of excitation and stability of parametric vibrations of basic running rollers of a high-speed tracklaying vehicle is resulted at interacting with a rubber racetrack of a caterpillar. Experimentally it is installed, that parametric vibrations restrict longevity of elements of the running gear, reduces efficiency of operation of the high-precision equipment of a tracklaying vehicle, raise calorific intensity of tyres of basic running rollers. Functions of a legitimate value of parametres of modulation of a rigidity and a running speed from a relationship of frequencies disturbing and characteristic are defined.

    Option defining relations sourcewise-type using an internal time in the mechanics of superplastic materials

    It is existed the sourcewise form of a general relation between stresses and strains in the A.A. Ilyushin theory of elastoplastic processes. A particular case of such approach is the endochronic theory of plasticity, formulated by Valanis. In this theory an «internal time» is used as a parameter for a tracking of elastoplastic process. It is offered in this paper for the description of superplastic deformation processes to use generalized internal time which is taking into account also rheonomic properties of a material. The particular forms of corresponding constitutive equations and their abilities for the description of the diagrams of superplastic deformation for alloys are discussed.

    Evaluation process dynamic stability power source cable steering

    Presents the results of some studies motion electrified power source for smalls-cale mechanization cable steering tool in the longitudinal plane, the dynamic analysis of rollover of the unit taking into account the momentum of external forces arising in the rope. Made the simulation of the process and built according to sustainable power source for graphics, taking into account the energy and dynamic criteria’s. Work is performed within the state the integrated program of scientific research «Mechanics».

    Simulation of metal wire disruption under electrical pulse explosion

    Research of the metal wire electrical disruption conducted. Calculations were carried out in the scope of the molecular dynamic method. Interatomic potentials were described in terms of embedded atom method. It was shown that electrical pulse dispersion process had characteristic stages, which had 3 phases. The influence of heat loading rate on dynamics of metal wire dispersion was investigated. It was revealed that heating rate increase leads to the decrease of average cluster size and increase cluster number. It was shown that the following investigation of metal wire dispersion based on molecular dynamics requires taking into account technological parameters and environmental properties.

    Simulation of aerodynamics linehaul train

    The present work deals with numerical modeling of aerodynamics of a road MAZ truck with regard to the bottom relief, wheel rotation and the truck movement relative to the road. This allowed us to reveal the basic adverse zones of vortex formation. For various movements at different velocities the predicted value of the aerodynamic drag is almost constant and was equal to 0.76. This value is among the available values of the aerodynamic drag of modern foreign prototypes of road tractortrailer truck. The results obtained can be used not only for optimization of the whole truck construction, but also for outer aerodynamic facilities and truck cab separately.

    Differential drive as the object for improving the dynamics of wheel vehicle

    The differential drive as the object for wheel vehicle traction and its efficiency improvement are shown. The effects of the vehicle performance are presented by usage of the calculating method based on dynamic loads and slippage definition and different supporting surface properties for leading wheels. It allows to determine in real time moving.

    Truck front underrun protective device computational test

    Using modern methods of modeling makes it possible to study mechanical engineering objects, without resorting to costly testing. The results of the virtual testing of the front underrun protective device MAZ carried out in accordance with the requirements of UNECE Regulation number 93.
