    VERIFICATION FOR THE CALCULATION THE LOADS IN THE CONTACT OF THE VEHICLE?S WHEELS WITH A ROUGH ROAD SURFACE

The paper shows satisfactory agreement between calculated and experimental values of control parameter being compared to all selected speed range of 60—100 km/h.     ESTIMATION OF THE INTENSE DEFORMED CONDITION OF DETAILS OF A REDUCER OF A MOTOR-WHEEL OF A CAREER DUMP-BODY TRUCK

    Results of is final-element modelling of the basic details of a reducer of the motor-wheel used in career dump-body trucks are resulted. The main pressure, equivalent pressure, deformations and movings are defined. The most pliable places in a design of a reducer of a motor-wheel are revealed, expected concentrators of pressure are specified. Recommendations about increase in rigidity of a design of a reducer of a motor-wheel and to reduction in it are given concentration of pressure

    ESTIMATED PARAMETERS FOR THE TRANSIENT OSCILLATIONS OF A MECHANICAL SYSTEM WITH ONE DEGREE OF FREEDOM IN THE VIBRATION TEST

    When testing by sweep method the items are operated by the vibrations at all the frequencies within the range. Choosing the conditions of the accelerated tests on the action of sinusoidal vibrations with variable exciting frequency requires determining of dynamic amplitude9frequency characteristics (AFC) of items. The solution of differential equation of the load kinematic excited motion and the results of theoretical and experimental study of AFC of mechanical systems under transient vibrations are given. The parameters of the dynamic AFC depending on the speed of frequency scanning are worked out. Data processing are resulted in receiving empirical dependences for evaluating the maximum value of acceleration-relative transfer ratio, the ratio of the maximum of dynamic AFC frequency shift relative to the frequency of natural oscillations, coefficient of expansion of the dynamic resonance frequency band, the ratio of average AFC frequency shift relative to the frequency of natural oscillations for the exponential and linear laws of frequency scanning. The experimental data correlated with a high degree of compliance with theoretical results

    DETERMINATION OF THE NATURAL FREQUENCIES OF SIMPLY SUPPORTED-CLAMPED ANISOTROPIC CYLINDRICAL SHELLS FROM THE ORIENTED FIBERGLASS

    In the present paper results of definition of natural frequencies of simply supported9clamped thin cylindrical shells from the focused fiberglass considered as homogeneous monolithic anisotropic material are presented. Constants of elasticity of a material of a shell depend on an angle of winding of fiber glass. Natural frequencies of a shell are found in the assumption, that central lines have the spiral form. Constructions of dependences of frequencies from an angle of winding of fiber glass for various parameters of wave formation and the geometrical sizes of a shell are executed

    NUCLEATION OF THE CRACK IN THE PUNCHED BODY AT TRANSVERSE SHEAR

    The problem of mechanics of fracture about nucleation of the cracks which are starting with contours of circular apertures punched isotropic body at transverse shear is considered. The solution of a problem on balance of the punched body at transverse shear with prefracture zones is reduced to the solution of two infinite algebraic systems and two nonlinear singular the integro-differential equations with a nucleus such as Cauchy. From the solution of these equations are tractions in zones of nucleation of cracks. The condition for the appearance of a crack is formulated, taking account of the criterion of the limit traction of the bonds in the material

    DYNAMICS OF TRIBO-FATIGUE SYSTEM

    Dynamic loading of tribo-fatigue system leads to development of non-stationary process of cyclic deformation in a zone of contact interaction. In system a roller/shaft at simultaneous realisation of a rolling friction and not contact bend of a shaft on a contact surface irregular wavy residual damages (the phenomenon troppy) are formed (under certain conditions). On the basis of results of an experimental research of the specified damages observed in process of wear-fatigue tests, the mehaniko-mathematical model which well describes the phenomenon troppy with the account as movements of tribo-fatigue system, and its non9stationary is intense-deformed condition and a condition of damage is constructed. It is shown that wavy damages of rails while in service can be considered as a special case of troppy; it opens ways for effective search of methods of struggle against them

    INFLUENCE OF CORROSION DAMAGES ON CARRYING ABILITY OF OIL PIPELINES

    Characteristic kinds of local corrosion damage of an internal surface of pipes of underwater transitions after long (more than 35—40 years) operation are established: in the form of an oval and an extended strip; the mechanism of their formation is described. By specially put natural experiments (destruction of petrowire pipes at test under pressure) is shown that after long operation zones with local corrosion damages are dangerous not zones of longitudinal welded connections, namely. The method and technology of restoration of working capacity of underwater transitions after their long operation is stated; it provides decrease in risk of failures and safety increase
