    CALCULATION OF REAL RELIABILITY FOR MACHINE. APPROACHES OF LIFETIME MECHANICS

    The traditional reliability theory deals with systems consisting of the physically depersonalized components which are described by the set of reliability indexes. Mechanical engineering operates with stresses of machine parts, and sometimes with their lifetimes. Dependences of components which take place at mechanical level are not reproduced in the traditional theory of reliability that leads to erroneous results in evaluating machine reliability. The paper presents novel approaches and techniques for calculation of machine reliability, since mechanical models and finishing by structural ones, with consideration of complicated logic of limiting states for machine components (parts, units, assemblies, and so on) and the machine as a whole. Factors, which determine typical dependences of machine components, are presented. Two approaches are offered: 1) the special approach for calculation of strongly connected components; 2) the general approach based on statistical modeling a spectrum of machine operation conditions, loading modes, damages and failures (limiting states) of components and machine as a whole. Such approaches allow considering real behavior of components in the machine and thus to compute correctly the machine reliability

    IMPROVING SAFETY OF VEHICLES BASED ON IMPROVING PERFORMANCE OF STEERING AND SUS-PENSION

    The questions of active safety in a joint study of the steering and suspension system of the vehicle are considered in the paper. Calculated schemes of the complex mathematical models and methods of their simulation are given in the article. The developed techniques will allow to research the substantiation of parameters of the steering system and suspension of any vehicle, including a multilink truck. This article was prepared based on research carried out within the framework of joint projects under BRFFR and RFFR grants

    The method of vibrating diagnostics offered in given work, is based on harmonious excitation of turbomachinery blades and definition of the dynamic response in some point. The used equipment of vibrating excitation influences investigated object the concentrated force, or creates kinematic excitation.     THE LIFE-TIME OF TRIBO-FATIGUE SYSTEMS

    An approach for the calculate-experimental estimation of the life-time of active systems under regular and unregular loading based on energetic criterion of limiting states for such systems and nonlinear wear-fatigue damage hypothesis is discussed in paper. The check-up of the proposed formulae on mechano-sliding fatigue test results under regular loading and on fretting fatigue test results under regular and block loading is carried out. It is shown the satisfactory conformity of theory and experiment under given conditions

    GENERALIZED TRIBO-FATIGUE PROBLEM

    Statement of the problem of determining mechanical state of the system of n moving continuums of various properties is offered. This statement includes both the equations of continuums motion and the set of boundary conditions for each of the continuums defined by character of their interaction. The system of the resolving integrated equations is offered for the system of solids. Given system may be applied for determination of normal and tangential tractions on surface of each body, and also a stress-strain state of its interior that allows to investigation of direct and back effects for tribo-fatigue system consisting of more than two elements
