CALCULATION OF MOBILE MACHINES IN VARIABLE OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Classification of calculations in a system «Driver—vehicle—road — Mechatronics/Adaptroniks — Driver assistants» is suggested. Three calculation groups — «Life—and—functional calculations» (LFC), «SIL/HIL—technologies» (SHT), and «Virtual tests»— are separated. The SHT and LFC are considered with great attention. Multilevel calculations of loading modes (from elementary modes to the general operation conditions) and design lives corresponding to them are described. Design life approximators are entered as a new calculating tool for representation and formation of calculation results under various operational conditions. Fundamental issues of reliability specification and calculation for the mobile machine as a system are analyzed, and an approach offered is presented.

EVALUATION OF FUEL ECONOMY OF TRACTOR – LOADER WITH MECHANICAL STEPLESS TRANSMISSION
Authors offer some information on technical solutions that increase the reliability and availability of mechanical stepless transmission, where rotation is converted into corner fluctuations of several intermediate links, and then back into the rotation by mechanical rectifiers connected with the supporting shaft through torsion shaft. The regulation of the amplitude of fluctuations makes it possible to load the engine with the minimum specific fuel expense. We have estimated the fuel economy rating in the application of such transmission instead of hydro–mechanical one on tractor–loader. The fuel saving was more than 26%.

TRUCK OSCILLATIONS AND ITS FRAME LADING DURING THE MOVEMENT ON A ROUGH ROAD
Frequency content analysis of a dynamic system load histories by an example of the dump truck frame is considered. Truck and its subsystems natural frequencies and mode shapes were determined with the use of CAE simulation methods. Simulation results were used as source information in spectrum analysis for the load history length determination of most damaged frame locations. Also, power spectrum density function maximums of load histories were described based on these results. Approaches, considered in article, can be realized for different dynamic systems.

STARTUP DYNAMICS OF TROLLEY-BUS WITH ADAPTIVE TRACTION MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM
A problem to maintain an acceptable level of dynamic loading a transmission and trolley bus comfortablenesses in startup is considered. The problem is connected with growing a transmission backlash in continuous operation. The electric scheme and testing results for MAZ 103T trolleybus with proposed traction motor control system having intensity assignor of nonlinear transient characteristic are described. A structural diagram, algorithm and basic stages for development of adaptive control system are presented. Maximal transmission torque in transient process which induced by taking-up of the transmission backlash in startup is decreased in 1.8…2.4 times, number of torque oscillations in transmission – in 1.7…2 times, and maximal jerk – in 2.6…4.4 times. Acceleration dynamics indexes for the trolleybus are not substantially changed.

MINIMIZATION OF CONTACT PRESSURE IN TOOTHED-BELT GEARING BY A METHOD OF OPTIMIZATION OF GEOMETRY OF TOOTH
The design procedure of contact pressure in toothed-belt gearing is developed and the major factors promoting its decrease are certain. Rational value of radius of rounding-off of an apex of trapezoidal tooth of cones of transmission from a condition of minimum contact pressure is certain. On the basis of computer certainly-element modeling in ANSYS environment it is established, that more effective from the point of view of minimization of contact pressure in gearing is the semicircular structure of toothed HTD.

Reaction of foundation was described on the base of Winkler’s model. For the kinematics description asymmetrical on the thickness of package accepted hypothesises broken normal. Filler is light. Analytical deciding a problem are received and their numeric analysis are conducted.

The given paper is devoted to the investigation of vibrations of medium-filled cylindrical shells reinforced by a cross system of ribs and loaded with axial contracting forces. Based on the smallness of the thickness of the shell, character of variability of stress-strain state of the shell, medium and ribs, smallness of relation of elasticity modulus of the medium and cylindrical shell, asymptotic analysis of frequencies and forms of vibrations of the considered system is carried out.

NATURAL OSCILLATIONS OF PLATE-BEAM FLOOR FRAGMENT OF BUILDINGS
Natural oscillation frequencies of a hinge supported fragment for a reinforced concrete flooring consisting of a prefabricated hollowcore slab and monolithic girt beams on the floor contour are analyzed. Both the initial design model of the fragment in the form of a plate-beam structure as well as its simplified model in the form of a rod system is examined. For the simplified model that has the infinite number of freedom degrees, natural oscillation frequencies with account of shearing forces and rotational inertia as well as prestressing in slab are defined. For the initial model, as for a discrete system, modeling of natural and harmonic oscillations on the basis of the finite element method is executed. A full-scale experiment for fragment oscillations at various types of dynamic loads, including shock, harmonic force and perturbation under the random law (white noise) is performed. Analytical and numerical results are compared with experimental data.

MODELING OF MECHANICAL INTERACTION OF REINFORCEMENT WITH MATRIX COMPOSITE
There is solved the problem on determination influence of contact parameters between composite reinforcement and a matrix on strengthening and stiffness of a supporting structure. It is executed on a finite element modelling basis. There is determined influence a constant of friction between rebars and concrete on slip between them and a formed gap at loading. Also it is analysed rebars location influence on the beam stress-strain condition.

HYDRODYNAMICS OF THE CYLINDER ROTATING IN THE UNBOUNDED VISCOUS MEDIUM
It is shown, that at first a laminar flow around rotating cylinder with growth of Reynolds number passes into a pseudo-laminar flow, and then into a steady turbulent flow. The equations of averaged velocity, fluctuating parts of the velocity, turbulent friction for pseudo-laminar flow is obtained on the basis of Reynolds equations determination, for steady turbulent flow from scheme of BoussinesqPrandtl turbulent exchange, which is carried out as a result of volume element rotating. The comparison of calculation results of resistance coefficient with experimental data of Theodorsen and Regier is depicted.

MACHINING OF NITRIDE CERAMICS USING ELASTIC TOOL WITH DISCRETE CUTTING PROFILE
The paper discusses distinctive features of machining of constructional nitride ceramics using fiber composites with various abrasive modifiers. The regressive models obtained reflect the dependence of metal removal on cutting speed and type of abrasive modifier when changing the values of the main technological parameters. It is established that machining productivity is increased by a factor of 1,9 to 3,2 with simultaneous surface roughness decrease.
